    Dear Valued Clients and Partners,

    Please be advised that bad actors may attempt to impersonate FWT Logistics personnel by spoofing employee names in email senders while using unauthorized or fraudulent domain addresses (e.g., using personal domains or slight variations instead of our official domain).

    To protect your business and financial transactions, please take note of the following critical safety protocols:

    1. Verify Official Email Addresses

    All official electronic correspondence from FWT Logistics will ONLY come from email addresses ending strictly in @fwt-logi.co.jp.

    Always check the actual email address behind the display name. If the domain after the @ symbol differs in any way, do not reply, click any links, or open attachments.

    2. Strict Bank Account & Payment Policy

    • Official Accounts Only: FWT Logistics ONLY utilizes official company bank accounts explicitly published on our official website (fwt-logi.co.jp). We do not use any third-party, local personal, or unlisted overseas accounts.
    • No Unannounced Changes: We will NEVER ask you via email to transfer funds to a different account, a personal account, or an overseas bank account not officially recognized on our site.
    • Unauthorized Requests: Any request to alter payment details, beneficiary names, or bank account numbers is unauthorized and fraudulent.

    What to Do If You Receive a Suspicious Message

    If you receive an email requesting a payment change or appearing to come from an unexpected domain:

    • Pause & Do Not Remit: Do not transfer any funds or share sensitive information.
    • Verify Out-of-Band: Immediately contact your dedicated FWT Logistics representative or our main office using a verified phone number from our official website—do not reply to the suspicious email or use contact numbers listed within it.
    • Report: Forward the suspicious message to our official team for verification.
